About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Online English Language Teachers to conduct engaging group classes for children from rural India. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a passion for teaching, should be comfortable teaching children in a group setting and have the ability to create an interactive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct live online English language classes for groups of students.
Teach spoken English, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, reading, and communication skills.
Deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum and lesson plans provided.
Foster an engaging, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.
Use interactive teaching methods and activities to enhance student participation.
Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain attendance records and submit class reports as required.
Ensure effective classroom management and promote active participation.
Attend training sessions and meetings organized by the company.
Inspire confidence and communication skills among children from diverse backgrounds.

Experience:

Experience handling group classes will be an advantage.

A laptop or desktop with a functional webcam and microphone.
A stable broadband internet connection
Backup internet connection (preferred).
Reliable power supply and power backup arrangements (preferred).
A quiet, well-lit, and distraction-free workspace suitable for conducting online classes.
Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar online teaching platforms.
Skills Required:
Excellent spoken and written English.
Clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online teaching tools.
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
