I have been a user of Albert Learning for over five years and I highly recommend it but be aware that it may not meet your needs.
I use it only for Spanish conversation. The tutors are all from Latin America, which suits me fine. Recently the classes have become individual whereas before there were group classes that I felt were rather useless.
Since I do only conversation I can't speak about the teaching materials or the more structured classes. All in all, an excellent service.
