Primary Goal: To drive company growth through relationship building, persuasive communication, and high-energy sales activity.

Responsibilities:
- Call potential clients based on provided leads.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Identify and assess clients’ needs, requirements, and requests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Explain products or services and pricing, and answer questions from potential clients.
- Set client expectations and revenue targets.
- Adapt a well-prepared sales pitch and deliver it effectively to clients.
- Be persuasive to convince clients to purchase the product by demonstrating how it meets their needs.
- Approach potential clients and build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Update and maintain client information in the customer service database.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and chat.
- Negotiate agreements with clients and provide advice on profitability.
- Comply with all company policies and regulations.

- 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and Google Docs.
- Ability to work well in a team with strong interpersonal skills.
- Capable of multitasking, setting priorities, and managing time effectively.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Must be versatile.
- Positive attitude and natural sales aptitude.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Proven experience achieving sales targets.
