Description
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable French translator and Assistant to support the COO with interpretation, administrative, and accounting tasks. The role requires excellent English and French communication skills (spoken and written), with frequent interaction with international colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a translator between the COO and stakeholders.
* Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
* Draft and update internal communication.
* Support project execution and meet deadlines.
* Assist with accounting tasks.
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
* Provide general administrative support.

Qualifications
* Graduate with 1+ year of experience in translation, administration, assistance, coordination, or accounting support.
* Excellent command of English & French (spoken and written).
* Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
* Ability to support accounting processes
* Culturally adaptable, with the ability to work with international teams.
* Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
