Description
Use an in-depth knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices to meet and even exceed the team’s sales goals.
Supervise the work and performance of the sales team to ensure streamlined communication within the group and with management.
Adapt a well-crafted sales pitch to the sales team so they can effectively deliver it to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize customer retention and generate new business opportunities.
Act as the point of contact for complex cases, engaging with students to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Proactively respond to any issues or concerns raised by sales representatives or clients, providing quick solutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and efficiently allocate resources to meet goals and deadlines.
Organize training sessions for sales managers to improve their skills and product knowledge.
Track and meet the department’s monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Communicate regularly with sales managers to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide support as needed.
Suggest ways to improve sales, offer guidance, and foster a positive working environment.
Update and maintain customer information in the customer service database.
Create convincing commercial presentations.
Comply with all company rules and regulations.

Qualifications
One to two years of professional experience in sales, sales assistance, CRM, or a related field.
Excellent spoken and written French skills and a good level of conversational English are required.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
Solid communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse individuals.
Proficiency with computer tools, especially Google Docs and Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time and personnel effectively.
Creative and innovative thinking to drive sales growth.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a team with strong interpersonal skills.
A university degree or equivalent.
Must have personal equipment (laptop, headset, stable internet connection, etc.).
