We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager / Learning Coach who combines sales mindset with educational coaching skills. Your mission is to convert, retain, and grow student accounts. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, sales, and pedagogy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand students’ learning needs and create personalized action plans
- Guide students in selecting appropriate courses and setting clear learning objectives
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and motivation to support progress
- Build strong relationships to ensure student satisfaction, retention, and subscription renewals
- Act as the primary point of contact for queries or concerns and resolve or escalate issues when required
- Collaborate with internal sales and support teams to enhance the student experience
- Track student progress, maintain records, and monitor performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and contribute to business growth

Qualifications
- Fluent in French (spoken and written) and strong proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service, relationship management, or sales roles
- Coaching or customer relationship experience is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a persuasive and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
