Albert Learning is seeking an online German Language Trainer who will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective language training sessions to students. It is an opportunity to work with students from various age groups and countries, utilizing your language expertise to help them develop their language skills. Along with conducting training sessions, you will also play a role in developing and enhancing our training courses and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive language training sessions, focusing on both spoken and written language skills, using video conferencing platforms
- Create engaging lesson plans and materials that cater to the individual needs and expectations of students
- Adapt teaching techniques and learning styles based on the skill level and learning preferences of each student
- Collaborate with the team to develop, evaluate, and enhance training courses, materials, and related services

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a neutral accent and natural fluency in the German language
- Strong listening skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to students
- Education Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in German, literature or any related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success
