The topic chosen for this session was 'Martial Arts-Its Relevance'. We discussed how this kind of art assists to enhance a feeling of self-confidence. We remembered the old movies with Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee. I told Amit about my experience being in Hong Kong where Jackie Chan was one of the most respectable citizens. The class was interesting and useful.
