Albert Learning, a leading language training organization based out of France, is seeking a young and dynamic individual with minimum 0 to maximum 1 year of experience to join our team with a focus on bringing fresh ideas to our company's social media presence, human resources, and other operational tasks. This role is ideal for a fresher with a creative mindset who can contribute innovative strategies to enhance our online presence and streamline our HR processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Generate original content ideas, including posts, videos, and graphics, tailored to our target audience.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze metrics to optimize performance.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and strategies for attracting top talent.
Help streamline HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance overall business operations and productivity.

Qualifications

Requirements:
Exclusively open to freshers ONLY from Mumbai city with a Bachelor's degree
Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas for social media campaigns and HR initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency with social media platforms and digital tools for content creation and analytics.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in content creation and HR processes.
Capacity to identify challenges and propose practical solutions.
Eagerness to stay updated on industry trends.
